This comfortable and spacious room, full of historic charm, is found in the manor of a private estate comprising of 160 hectares of forest with Swimming pool, Pool house, Spa and Sauna, in the relaxing heart of the Brenne National Regional Park, the region of the Berry and the department of Indre. Only 25 minutes’ drive from the A20 highway.

The Henri bedroom is light, spacious and full of the colours of nature. Situated in a 16th century Manor house with an unspoilt view of the forest and lake.

In the evening after a Jacuzzi and a Sauna in the Relaxation space (not included in the room rate) watch the setting sun turn the forest foliage golden as it disappears from view for another day.

The hearty organic breakfast served in the 16thcentury morning room with its original bread oven is the ideal way to prolong a romantic moment.

The charm of our historic family furniture and photobooks of the Brenne will plunge you into a world of calm and delight snuggled into soft cosy sofas around a wood-burning stove.

When you arrive, we can settle around the fireside to share a tea or coffee and find out your tastes to better recommend a restaurant, a hike, or a beautiful local village to visit.

A beautiful luxurious 48m2 bedroom that brims with charm

- With a separate entrance to that of your hosts through the tower via a stone staircase.

- Very large bedroom (2 extremely comfortable beds EACH ONE 120x200cm) with interior wooden shutters.
- A lounge corner (with 2 sofas with cushions, a sideboard and kettle with tea coffee and herbal teas) surrounding 2 wooden coffee tables garnished with books.
- A desk sporting a model boat.
- A shower room (lovely walk in shower, stool, toilet and 1930s sink)
- On the lawn 2 teak loungers with cushions as well as a teak table and chairs await you when it’s time to relax amid the greenery with a book or lost in your own thoughts while you enjoy the view over the lake.

The holiday house is no smoking (Smoking is permitted outside. No smoking out of windows)
Our animal friends are not allowed (no exceptions can be made)
Payment by cheque, cash, bank transfer (payment must be in our account a week before your arrival), ANCV cheques up to 200€ for each reservation on www.lerisdefeu.fr (cheque vacances are not accepted for reservations made on third party sites), cards not accepted. A 30% deposit is required to block your reservation with the balance payable on arrival (A security deposit of 200€ which will not be cashed is also required)
