This comfortable spacious bedroom filled with of historic charm in the manor of a private estate comprising of 160 hectares of forest with Swimming pool, spa and sauna, in the relaxing heart of the Brenne National Regional Park, the region of the Berry and the departmenet of Indre. Only 25 minutes’ drive from the A20 highway.

As soon as arrive in the LesLoubes room, near Le Blanc and Châteauroux, you will be plunged into the atmosphere of a 16thcentury manor. With its large fireplace and tall windows with window seaton and mullion on the other.

The furniture, pictures and family objet d’arts and local chiné fabric intermingle till they create the ideal space to take a break, spend a romantic weekend, inspiring a revitalising session in our Relaxation Space with its Spa and Sauna (not included in the room rate).

The careful renovation of this historic gem has woven together calm, wellness, ecology, and respect for our heritage to make your stay a harmonious moment that will relax your soul.

A bedroom in the manor house:
- On a half level
- With a separate entrance to that of your hosts through the tower via a stone stairway.
- With a double exposure on the stream one way and the 100-year-old box-tree
- Cosy bedroom (incredibly comfortable queen size bed – 160×200) with interior wooden shutters.
- a corner lounge (2 comfortable armchairs, a sideboard with kettle, tea, coffee and herbal teas) around a large fireplace with wood-burning stove to enjoy fireside pleasures, along with central heating in the colder months.
- a shower room (great shower, toilet, and sink)
- On the lawn 2 teak sun loungers with cushions as well as a teak table and chairs await you when it’s time to relax in the greenery, with a book or lost in your own thoughts, and enjoy the view over the lake.
- The guest house is no smoking (Smoking is permitted outside. No smoking out of windows)
- Our animal friends are not allowed (no exceptions can be made)
- Payment by cheque, cash, bank transfer (payment must be in our account a week before your arrival), ANCV cheques up to 200€ for each reservation on www.lerisdefeu.fr (cheque vacances are not accepted for reservations made on third party sites), cards not accepted.
- A 30% deposit is required to block your reservation with the balance payable on arrival (A security deposit of 200€ which will not be cashed is also required)
- Deposit of 35%, but which is 50% if the start of your stay is in less than 15 days, and 100% if the start of your stay is in less than 5 days. Deposit which remains with the owner if you cancel unless the owner re-rents in which case she will reimburse you deduction of 40€ administration fees.
- Payment of the balance on the day of arrival so as not to wait during breakfasts
- Arrival between 4.30pm and 7.30pm
- Departure: 11.00am at the latest.
